Qualifications:
· 3+ years of hands-on exp in Python, AI, and Generative AI projects
· Strong proficiency in Python programming, Azure Cognitive Services and fair understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and frameworks.
· Experience with GenAI models like GPT-4o, DALL-E, and other state-of-the-art generative models.
· Experience to craft GenAI prompts that will produce the desired results.
· Experience with Azure AI services like Search, Speech, language services etc.
· Attitude to learn, explore, and implement in the rapidly evolving technologies.
· Proven ability to work on quick prototypes and experiments.
· Strong appetite for continuous learning and exploration of new technologies and business use cases.
· Ability to think creatively and apply innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
· Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of initiative and drive.
· It is good to have a good understanding of business principles and practices
· Should be able to identify and assess the business potential of GenAI technologies
· Desired to have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of Gen-AI. Able to support in implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI.
· Ensure that Gen-AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner.
· Responsible to assist team on designing, building, and maintaining Gen-AI models and systems.
· Collaborate with Users to provide inputs on developing and implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI.

Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Python, including experience with frequently used libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, flask, streamlit, visualization).
· Experience in integrating Azure Cognitive Services into applications and workflows.
· Understanding of Generative AI concepts.
· Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools, such as Azure OpenAI GPT, DALL-E, or similar.
· Ability to implement and fine-tune GenAI models for specific use cases.
· Experience in implementing RAG techniques to enhance the performance of generative models by integrating external knowledge sources.
· Proficiency in prompt engineering to optimize the performance of language models for various applications.
· Ability to experiment with different prompt structures and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
· Familiarity with tools and platforms that facilitate rapid prototyping (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, Streamlit, Flask).
· Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on solutions.
· Should have exposure to Cloud computing platforms such as Azure to train and deploy Gen-AI models.
· Knowledge of SQL database
· Awareness around concepts such as pre-trained models, Finetuned models etc.
· Ability to showcase the technical solution implemented and present it to all stakeholders
· Excellent Troubleshooting & Analytical skills
· Ability to manage / support multiple priorities
· Be interested in the new tech stack and complex problems solving
· Should be aware of complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing
· Should be able to share the consistent updates to project stakeholders on project risks and able to come up with risk mitigation plans
· Experience working on vector databases and index-based search implementations
· Experience in implementing or utilizing AI / ML solutions including the Azure Cognitive services
· Designing and implementing Azure based web app solutions
