Job Description
Roles and Responsibility-
- Collaborate with operations to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success.
- Oversee and manage engagement, people plan, employee relations issues to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Lead and support change initiatives, helping employees adapt to automations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal code of conduct and disciplinary policies
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Business Partner Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ( masters degree preferred).
- 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
