• Developing and implement robust, efficient, and scalable Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions using UiPath
• Preparing and maintain documentation, including detailed design specifications and user guides, to ensure clear and comprehensive knowledge sharing
• Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to software development best practices specific to IPA. Testing and debugging of IPA workflows to deliver high-quality, error-free automation solutions
•  Providing technical support and resolve issues for live IPA solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability
• Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in IPA and AI to enhance and evolve the automation framework  

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of overall software development experience, 2+yrs of experience with IPA tools(UiPath mandatory)
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or similar. Solid understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization
• Experience with SQL and databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills..

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified with UiPath Automation Developer level or higher
• Experienced in working in a CoE setup
• Good understanding of ML & AI concepts
