Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Project Management:
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets effectively.
Technical Expertise:
• Design and implement scalable and robust full stack solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Present project updates and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and methodologies.
