The team member should be self-motivated and high on execution with a solution-oriented mindset  
Must be Digitally savvy. Good working knowldege of Excel, MS Teams, .Presentation skills, Social Media platforms and Information Communications Technology skills.
Strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.
Should have very good verbal and written communication.
Project management skills
Ability to coordinate with NGO partners, SPOC teachers, conduct launch sessions independently.
The team member will assist the EY STEM App team in creating presentations, analysing data, and maintaining dashboards for leadership reporting.
Support and, when necessary, independently execute launch events for the program.
Develop learning tools and resources for the EY STEM App Program, catering to both UAPs and for internal use.
Conduct research to identify potential collaborations and establish new connections with suitable organizations.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Foundation and provide support as required.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

To qualify for the role the candidate should be :

Graduate /Post graduate with experience in Social work with a background and knowledge of Education sector   
4 years work experience

Other Qualifications required for the role: 

Preference would be given to individuals with experience in the education / development sector
