Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery speed and customer
experience.
● Contribute to identifying and executing high-impact projects with innovative

● Help create and maintain project documentation, including charters and scorecards.

● Program manage new initiatives such as hyperlocal and quick delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience:
● Around 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
● Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
● Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
