Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Design and refine user interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

- Maintain design consistency across all products and adhere to brand guidelines.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UX design.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

- Proven experience in UX design with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience in the trading, investment, or FinTech domains.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.

General:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.

- Experience with usability testing tools and techniques is a plus.
