Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Deployment of Corporate and Circle Brand Plans in respective clusters
• Strict monitoring of execution efforts in-market - in MBOs, Retail Stores and Salience efforts as well. Execute Mitigation plans where decided by the CBL.

Supervise execution of Circle Activation/events /sponsorships–

• Brand guidelines : Ensure all internal/external communication adheres to brand guidelines along with CBL

• Knowledge of fundamentals of brand building
• Creative thinking
• Collaboration

Experience of 7-10 years in total of which 4+ years in a similar role

Excellent Creative abilities

High level of execution skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
