Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex international projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering international projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
