Key Responsibilities:

• Strong passion on software development, coding enhancements, solving complex codes issue and always had the growth mindset (willing to learn new things).
• Ability to play the role of product Tech Lead and also leading junior developer or helping other peer colleagues in solving technical software/coding challenges.
• Always possess inquisitive and analytical mind on your work tasks.
• Responsible in managing the priorities of technical task assignments and ability to breakdown the task and assign to other developers as well as to ensure technical documentation is complete up to date.
• Acts as Tech/Senior lead of development teams on proactive providing feedback and solving product issues, managing other issues on performance, tools as well as helping/steering the development process improvement.
• Participate and leads lesson learnt/best practice/knowledge sharing in software development area to team members and assist delivery team in the end-to-end technical implementation. Ensure audit compliance with software development area.
• You will provide second/third level day-to-day PROD operation support, within our team products/applications and help investigate and resolve incidents.
• With growth mindset, you shall show the strong interests in exploring AI technology as well as be the Change Agent to the team in promoting uses of new AI technology on daily works for better individual output efficiency and cost efficient.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalents
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as software developer, and at least 5years of experience in implementing IT systems
• Demonstrable knowledges of web-based architectures, integration methods and strategies to support non-functional requirements such as resilience and performance as well as scalable.
• Strong/experienced in Java
• Experienced in WebLogic, RHEL Application Server, OracleSQL, PostGresSQL
• Experienced in Springboot, Jenkins andIBM MQ
• Experienced Kafka Stream is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and customer oriented, ability to develop and communicate with business and operation stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills backed by conceptual and analytical thinking, and systematic approach.
• Team player with good communication skills and foster team works.
