Key Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the ability to understand complex business and functional requirements
- Understand the Business processes in detail, and apply the functional knowledge using documentation to resolve issues
- Working as a bridge between Business & technical teams to solution the issues
- Engineering of solutions for various project and operational needs.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
- Perform periodic performance reporting & support capacity planning.
- Identify & drive improvements in the current existing process
- Lead & Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to share process
- Demonstrates ability to define expectations and scope client assignments.
- Establishing trust as a go-to resource for clients.
- Able to deliver tough feedback and recommendations.
- Demonstrates an ability to use various communication media and styles.
- Demonstrates a command of technical writing skills, including grammar and punctuation, so communications are free of typos, inconsistencies and errors.
- Manages to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery i.e. delivering regular reports within time, checking mailbox to ensure timely delivery etc.
- Manage and build quality standards within the team
- Gathers, recommend and implement best practices and benchmarks.
Shift Timing - 2:00 to 11:00pm
Work Location - Hyderabad
Key Skills
- Must have strong communication skills (oral and written) to clarify requests, escalate issues, and writing analyses
- Knowledge on Business Tools like HRIS/HRMS/CRMs & SAP systems etc.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, often working under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal traits including confidence, responsiveness, flexibility, initiative and decision making
- Quickly learn new process
- Adapts to a changing environment and approaches challenges with creativity, resourcefulness in problem solving.
- Sense of urgency, works well under pressure & multitask
- Ability to work with confidential information
