Key Responsibilities
· Lead Qualification & Nurturing
o Build strong rapport with prospects by sharing valuable resources (e.g., webinars, white papers).
o Qualify leads using frameworks like MEDDPIC, assessing fit based on business needs and priorities.
· Outbound Prospecting
o Execute highly personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies (e.g., email, cold calling, LinkedIn).
o Leverage intent data and account intelligence to engage decision-makers effectively.
· Inbound Lead Management
o Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering an excellent first impression and converting them into qualified opportunities.
· Collaboration with Account Executives
o Partner on account planning to identify high-potential opportunities.
o Develop comprehensive Account Profiles to support research and sales alignment.
· CRM & Data Management
o Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and lead management platforms.
o Enrich contact databases with key personas and decision-makers using advanced research tools.
· Digital Engagement & Social Selling
o Use social media platforms to build networks and nurture relationships.
o Share engaging content and experiment with innovative approaches like video prospecting.
· Continuous Improvement
o Analyze outreach performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
o Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or a related role (B2B experience preferred).
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Proactive problem-solver with a curious and customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), lead management platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and collaboration tools.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
· Experience with advanced prospecting tools (e.g., 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
· Familiarity with qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC.
· Social selling and video prospecting experience.
