You will:

Own and drive Systems Management Validation and work on the latest Hardware technology available in Industry.

Create/Contribute to the Test plan/Test Strategy of Systems Management Team by creating new testcases based on standard SPECs

Test Strategy ownership for all current and new technologies and its implementation

Work with Validation Architects, Technologists and Engineering Development teams for Strategizing, Planning and test Execution

Essential Requirements

Strong and in-depth technical knowledge in Server / system management architecture and proven expertise in Validating System Management / Server Validation projects (BMC, BIOS, CPLD, etc).

Hands on experience in Software/Firmware validation methodology and tools, (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative models) , Solid understanding of Testing domain and tools with strong Testing acumen.

Storage Domain Basics Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience as a Test and Automation engineer, hands-on with testing and System level product knowledge, defect characterization, Functional & Non functional and integration testing, ability to create test strategy, test cases and test plan.

Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and excellent analytical skills

Desirable Requirements

Good knowledge of one or more Server operating systems (Windows 2016, 2019, Red hat RHEL 8.0 or Suse, ESXi 6.5, 6.7, 7.0) and Virtualization technologies.

Good Understanding of Hardware Architecture like BIOS, FPGA, BMC etc
