Job Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management for Global Benchmarking Program
- Partner with the EY IT resources, Benchmarking Product Manager and Client technology teams to support and troubleshoot solutions for benchmark delivery
- Participate in determining analysis tools and technology driven solutions to push meaningful and relevant analysis of data that supports the delivery of new and ever-evolving insights to EY practitioners and clients
- Understand the end-to-end benchmarking IT solution and platform to enable support of innovation opportunities and necessary evolution of the solution to fit the needs of practitioners and clients
Knowledge And Skills Requirement (Preferred)
- Exposure to areas like Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Shared Services, Legal and Cyber Security is preferable
- Prior hands-on experience in business intelligence and data analysis tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability of analytics, insight generation, data aggregation and excel capabilities
- Ability to identify, research and synthesize large amounts of benchmarking data and deliver insightful solutions
- Client interaction and customer service skills to support request management
- Proven ability to interact with leaders, stakeholders and staff; strong presentation skills; ability to present to a multicultural audience
- Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including proactive collaboration in a globally distributed environment
- Strong time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with strong work ethics; proactive in identifying issues and opportunities
- Knowledge of data sources like APQC, Computer Economics or any other 3rd Party data sources
- Knowledge of additional tools/platforms like databases and data warehouse is preferred
Education
Basic Qualifications:
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in core benchmarking domain, data and analytics, preferred
