Job Description

• Create and maintain reporting for key KPIs
• Complete pricing analysis for deal opportunities to provide pricing recommendations 
• Provide other data-driven recommendations
• Assist with analysis on market and business trends to help maintain our payment pricing strategy across multiple industries
• Collaborate cross-functionally and interact with multiple levels of the organization
• Assist with other Payment Operations responsibilities such as research on customer issues and reconciliations 

Qualification

• 4+ years work experience, including cross-functional experience 
• An understanding of credit card payments and FinTech industries would be an advantage
• Strong data and financial analysis skills
• Experience in generating models that allow you to develop actionable, data-driven recommendations, and then translate them into clear insights for decision-making 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Resourceful, solid organizational skills, and detail oriented
• Service oriented and a team player
• Creativity and independent judgment in identifying and recommending process improvement 
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and function in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

• Experience with Oracle financial reporting and sales practices and systems
