Qualifications Required
• 2-4 Years of experience in HR
• MBA HR or graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred
• Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, HCM, Success Factor or other applications in HR/Talent
• Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
• Relevant experience in business process reengineering, quality controls
