We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities includes:

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives

Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc

Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review

Preparing GTM materials for the firm

Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

Write clear, engaging, and impactful content for internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet updates, video scripts, and leadership messages.

Develop and execute communication plans to support key campaigns, initiatives, and projects.

Ensure consistency of messaging EY’s global and local brand voice.

Project Management & Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and CSR, to gather inputs and drive communications for various projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of content.

Employee Engagement:

Drive engagement initiatives by conceptualizing and implementing campaigns that connect employees to EY’s vision, culture, and purpose.

Monitor feedback from employees and continuously improve communication strategies.

Support internal events, such as leadership town halls, webinars, and engagement campaigns.

Measurement & Improvement:

Measure the effectiveness of internal communications through employee feedback, analytics, and reporting.
