Pega Decisioning is Mandatory

Design and develop decisioning Strategies.

Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.

Design and manage ADM and predictive models.

Develop Next Best Action Strategies.

Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead.

Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.

Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.

Act as a mentor to junior resources.

Job Requirements

As a PEGA Decisioning Consultant you will need to be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience with Pega PRPC technologies.

Experience on the ADM and predictive models.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree
