Job Description
You will be responsible to:
- Help the development team with automation.
- Support Incident, Problem and Emergency Incident Management as required, prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs.
- Investigate problems and other requests and determine appropriate actions.
- Take business process or document and transform it into a text/ voice conversational experience.
- Configure and use of monitoring services.

- Ideally 3+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level virtual assistant of medium to high level complexity.
- Ability to understand customers requirements/problem statements and apply the solutions.
- Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshoot and provide solution with Google Dialogflow.
- Experience with supporting various applications and some flavor of JavaScript, MongoDB knowledge or other NoSQL database skills.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browsers.
- Experience with containerization platforms like Openshift.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ownership of problems and following them through in an end-to-end manner.
- Coordinate with other support teams to solve issues.
