IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Build and Lead High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of talented recruiters to ensure efficient and effective execution of recruitment processes.
- Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Manage Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
- Measure and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Set team goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports to Business Partner and and Internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate relevant techniques and technologies.
- Work closely with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
- Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure all reporting processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes and methodologies.

- Create Raw Data and Analysis for talent acquisition customers.
- Create MBR and QBR data package for Business Partner for their business overviews
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
- Strong proficiency in reporting tools and ATS (Application Tracking Systems)
- Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required
- Knowledge on visualization Tools
- Proficiency with handling global reporting with DHL's customers
- Strong analytical Skills
- Experience with advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition industry-specific reporting requirements and regulations.
