The key responsibilities of this role include
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Manage, respond to and resolve incidents related to Productivity appsAdminister the Microsoft Power app platformManage subscription for M365 apps and other Productivity apps like Adobe Creative cloud, GSuite apps, Lucid, MentimeterDefine policy and process for the Productivity portfolio appsTesting new features and perform assessment for suitability for customer environmentProvide recommendation of Product features, upgrade, architecture and roadmap for Productivity appsCo-ordinate with SharePoint CoE team for Legacy SharePoint migrationHandle product related escalation and co-ordinate with Business and Vendor for resolutionLiaising with 3rd party Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe to resolve the Product related issues, subscription renewals, product evaluations and roadmap discussionsCollaborate with different stakeholders including Business, Product Owners, Purchasing, Finance and Vendors
In Depth and proven experience of Microsoft 365 appsIn depth and proven experience in Microsoft Power App platformGood Knowledge of Google GSuite appsUnderstanding of other Productivity apps like Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe eSign, Lucid, etcGood knowledge of Windows, Apple Mac and Networking conceptsProven experience in Project Management and collaboration
