Job Description
As an ELE Data Management professional, you will support the administration of Talent activities of employees. Not only will you work independently, but you will also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:
- Processing employee data transactions in Success Factors
- Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of all Data change or correction requests.
- Partner closely with various teams and other internal clients in handling employee related issues.
- Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/Analysis
- Create and append process SOP’s
- Work as a SME and train other team members on the process
- Consulting with technology (GTS) team on system integration issues and resolution
- Proactively identifying data gaps and help solution, mitigate risks, and highlight areas of opportunity to streamline and automate
- Support UAT testing for systems and reporting enhancement projects and quarterly system upgrades
- Experience in managing a team
- Mentor and Coach Team Members on Process and Performance
- Monitor and maintain the process SLA's and Metrics
The team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) Data Management team supports the US & USI Talent and professionals in a variety of core activities. Our team manages end-to-end activities for Data management. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, data quality & corrections, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Required:
- 5-7 Years of professional experience with minimum of 2 years’ experience in client management role
- Graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
