Must-Have Technical Competency • Experience in working with database and designing data models • Industry experience in building applications and services in Outsystems for web and/or mobile • At Least 2 years experience as outsystems developer • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript • Good understanding of MVC architecture • Should be proficient with web services (REST and SOAP) • A keen problem solving mindset to meet the needs of the customers Behavioral competency • Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written). • Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively. • Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives). • Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities. • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have • Good to have Outsystems web/reactive web developer certification

• Understand the given application requirements.

• Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development.

• Participate in the Daily meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements.

• Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting

designated standards and criteria.

• Responsible for the code quality of assigned tasks.

• Perform Unit Testing and do documentation as required.

• Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing.

• Provide any required training to the users on the functionalities developed.
