Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) support in different key areas. This position is primarily responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) project management and resource management support.
This position will be responsible for supporting project managers in managing end-to-end project plans, coordinating with various team members, building strong relationships, and ensuring the execution of deliverables according to the project timeline. This role requires a proactive approach to support resource monitoring, budgeting, and operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support the change within the organization
Resource will assist team in accomplishing goals with a focus on tasks that will vary, including:
Project Management support
Resource Management support
Reporting
1. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Necessary prior experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets:
· Technical Skills –
o Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
o Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
o Working knowledge and active interest in Project Management technologies –Microsoft Project, PWA, Microsoft Office
o Exposure and experience with SharePoint
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Able to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report on data using Excel, Tableau and PowerBI
o Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables
o Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects. Demonstrated project and program management skills: organization, man aging details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
o Attention to detail and ability to multitask
