Job Description

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) support in different key areas. This position is primarily responsible for ongoing Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) project management and resource management support.

This position will be responsible for supporting project managers in managing end-to-end project plans, coordinating with various team members, building strong relationships, and ensuring the execution of deliverables according to the project timeline. This role requires a proactive approach to support resource monitoring, budgeting, and operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support the change within the organization

Resource will assist team in accomplishing goals with a focus on tasks that will vary, including:

    • Support GAAL project management activities
    • Support GAAL resource management activities
    • Reporting

Project Management support

    • Coordinate with GAAL Project Managers in maintaining project plans and schedules, other operational activities on a need basis
    • Maintain the platform environment as per the requirements within the team
    • Provide assistance on ad-hoc requests related to Project Management activities as requested by project managers or members of GAAL team
    • Assisting in the management of internal projects including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Working on process optimization projects to improve efficiency within the PMO and RM functions
    • Manage day to day activities related to the project and reporting the individual utilization

Resource Management support

  • Collaborate closely with the Resource Manager to track GAAL resourcing, onboarding, offboarding, team members’ details and maintain different trackers and reports during team member’s GAAL assignment
  • Supporting projects with resource planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs

Reporting

  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to GAAL stakeholders. Timely maintenance of trackers and reports
  • GAAL Monthly Time reports using Tableau/Power BI/Excel
  • GAAL Monthly Allocation reports using Tableau/Power BI
  • Ad-hoc reports as requested by GAAL members using Excel/Tableau/Power BI



Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timing: 11:00AM – 8:00PM

Qualifications

1.       Education requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 

2.       Necessary prior experience:  1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

3.       At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets:

·       Technical Skills –

o   Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

o   Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables

o   Working knowledge and active interest in Project Management technologies –Microsoft Project, PWA, Microsoft Office

o   Exposure and experience with SharePoint

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o   Able to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report on data using Excel, Tableau and PowerBI

o   Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables

o   Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects. Demonstrated project and program management skills: organization, man   aging details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track

o   Attention to detail and ability to multitask

·       Soft Skills -

o   Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day to day supervision

o   Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multiple-projects environment​

o   Ability to think both strategically and tactically for business programs and projects supported

o   Flexibility – prepared to adapt to new and different roles and responsibilities

o   Able to manage multiple tasks and projects and to prioritize effectively and work under stringent deadlines

o   Demonstrating active interest in, and comfortable with project management technology and systems and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
