Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain a robust employee network to gather real-time insights for the decision-making process.
Coach counsellors on people-related and process matters.
Contribute to monthly reviews and provide support under supervision.
Employee Advocacy and Engagement:
Assist in the implementation and communication of new HR policies and procedures.
Support HR and business leads in designing and executing employee engagement plans.
Act as an advocate for employee well-being.
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in line with the ECHO Framework.
Talent Management:
Streamline performance review processes by managing data, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion.
Conduct retention conversations and provide timely insights.
Assist counsellors in addressing underperformance issues.
Support the integration of new joiners into the organization.
Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Handle HR processes for a low to moderately complex group of 400-600 employees with limited supervision.
Maintain high-quality HR standards and practices.
Address basic employee queries and resolve low-level grievances with supervision.
Build an understanding of and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Initiatives:
Participate in location-specific events or service line/service sub-line wide initiatives.
Advise on social media presence and engagement strategies for Generation Z.
Contribute to process automation efforts to enhance HR efficiency.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
