Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Assist in Project Management of donor projects  in the area of skill development
Research and analysis and preparation of project reports
Preparation of business proposals and pitch presentations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sharp focus on quality delivery
Ability to develop/customize solutions relevant to the client
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

 Masters' degree Management / Social Sciences / related discipline

Experience

5 years of experience in skill development / entrepreneurship / social sector
Strong analytical, communication, business writing and presentation skills
