Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Monitor Data and implement new features in the CRM
  • Create Weekly Sales Review Reports
  • Generate other reports from CRM for leadership
  • Track performance of Sales, Agency & Sales Strategy and present findings to Leadership on PowerPoint
  • Onboard new team members and conduct training sessions of CRM
  • Work with Sales team on Account Management and Account Planning. 

Key Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM (Dynamics 365 and PowerBI preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with formulae, pivot tables, and lookup functions
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation making skills
  • Efficient at making reports for Forecasting and Sales Delivery
  • Stakeholder management - Ability to coordinate with Sales, Agency and Sales Strategy teams
  • Problem solving skills - Ability to find solutions quickly and implement them

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree
