Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Monitor Data and implement new features in the CRM
- Create Weekly Sales Review Reports
- Generate other reports from CRM for leadership
- Track performance of Sales, Agency & Sales Strategy and present findings to Leadership on PowerPoint
- Onboard new team members and conduct training sessions of CRM
- Work with Sales team on Account Management and Account Planning.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of CRM (Dynamics 365 and PowerBI preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel with formulae, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation making skills
- Efficient at making reports for Forecasting and Sales Delivery
- Stakeholder management - Ability to coordinate with Sales, Agency and Sales Strategy teams
- Problem solving skills - Ability to find solutions quickly and implement them
