- Develop and maintain all relevant policies, processes and procedures documentation required to provide effective Product management
- maintain Product lifecycle strategy in coordination with Third Party Suppliers and the Customer for effective currency management
- perform Quarterly Service review and provide recommendations for Service improvement
- identify and report risks and operational issues to the Customer
- collaborate with other Product managers, Service Streams and Customer as necessary
- support alignment of Product security with Customer-defined security standards and policies
- provide recommendations for Product features, upgrades, architecture and future roadmap
- support the Customer in identification of business needs and translate into initiatives and proposals
- support the Customer with the creation of recovery response plan for the Product
- act as a point of escalation for Product-related issues or information
- submit investment plans that align to overall Customer strategy
- track and review progress of in-flight Projects
- review and authorize Operational Changes
- co-ordinate with Customer to forecast demand for hardware Products and Services managed
