What You Will Do
- Design, the leadership development programs for senior and emerging leaders of Meesho. You will closely work with the senior leadership team for design of the programs.
- Implement, and evaluate Leadership Development Programs aligned with Meesho’s unique leadership needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the unique needs from the program.
- Drive innovative learning solutions leveraging technology, data insights, and industry best practices.
- Manage partnerships with external consultants and vendors for program execution.
What You Will Need
- 3-4 years of experience designing and managing Leadership Development Programs.
- Proven experience in Leadership Development(directly with consulting firms or worked with them) and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
