Job Description
What you will do:
- Assist with the billing process, incl. creation of billing documents in SAP and preparation of and submission of invoices to the customer
- Assist in timely responding to customer queries with regards to Invoices and coordinate information between Sales Operations, Sales tax and Collection teams.
- Participate in cross-functional training and onboarding activities related to revenue accounting matters , billing and revenue accounting close process
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Invoicing experience
- Excellent teaming, interpersonal and strong written communication organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High motivation and hands-on mindset, willing to dive into the details
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Experience working with ERP and/or Revenue Accounting module is required
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Software Industry experience is preferred
- Prior SAP and RAR experience is required
- Prior experience with customer Portal invoice submission specific to Government Contracts and resolving issues with the customer is required
