About The Role
As a Manager - HR COE for Talent acquisition team, you will work with recruitment and Meesho leadership to identify problems in the current process and solutionize to achieve speed and efficiency in recruitment. In this role, you will implement projects around a host of topics like candidate experience, interviewer efficiency, new tools & systems, implementing automation mechanisms, external benchmarking etc.
What You Will Do
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Manage project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Define Talent outreach team where you will be designing processes, identifying tools and analyze data to improve hiring metrics.
What You Will Need
- MBA in Human Resource Management
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience working in TA COE, HR Program Management & TA Operations
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to analyze TA data to churn relevant actionable
- Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically Proven track record of finding creative solutions to business problems
- High on ownership and fast in execution
