Responsible for overall Delivery of Application operations team/Site reliability center
Leading and managing the Application monitoring Operations and team of Application support staff members
Primarily responsible for directing Application event monitoring, management
Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
Revising and develop processes to strengthen the current Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
Responsible for overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required
Handling escalation and preparing the RCA's
Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.
Participate in RFI/RFP and create technical solutions for new/existing business
Flexible to work in Shifts and On-call model,
Preparing and Chairing Monthly service review calls with Sr mamagement and Client/Onshore
Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and maintain an educational environment where the knowledge and performance of the group is constantly advancing.
Perform annual staff appraisals.
Keep current with the latest vendor updates, expansion opportunities, and technology directions
