Job Description
Activities:
· Support Confidentiality and Privacy Technology Assessments: Demonstrate analytical skills related to Confidentiality & Privacy risk related to systems; understand complex information systems; coordinate with stakeholders across businesses; review the information for completeness and accuracy; identify items for follow-up, update system and track activities methodically with relentless attention to quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
· Support confidentiality and privacy risk assessments for emerging technologies such as generative AI internet of things, blockchain, and follow-up on progress of remediation activities.

- · Monitor and manage team’s mailbox including, the review and organization of incoming emails, follow up with stakeholders and escalate/coordinate with US and India team, as applicable.

- Develop in-depth understanding of the US Firms’ businesses and enabling areas to provide quick response and guidance based on potential risks.
- Collaborate across Confidentiality & Privacy service areas
- Support USI specific initiatives (e.g., Confidentiality & Privacy specific initiatives or consultations with USI professionals)
- Provide general support on various projects involving process and automation solutions
- Assist in the creation and update of artifacts (e.g., recurring forms, templates, tools) to improve efficiencies for rapid response of recurring incident activities
- Organize and manage central repository for recurring forms, templates and other knowledge sharing documents to enhance efficiencies across US and USI teams
Required skills:
- Knowledge of information technology processes and architectural concepts

Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of basic privacy and information security principles and requirements
- Knowledge of Analytics tools and working with databases
