• 4 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design.
  
• 4 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).
  
• 4 years of experience with 2 or more of the following: Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  
• Experience with unit testing, agile project development, and bug and change management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and with workflow orchestration tools.
  
• Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews, version control, continuous integration, and automated testing and support engineering.
  
• Experience with data governance and data quality best practices, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy data integration that empower support teams to address user needs.
  
• Translate support requirements into technical specifications for data-driven tools, and dashboards ensuring alignment with business needs.    
  
• Identify opportunities to leverage data to improve support workflows, optimize response times, and enhance the overall user experience.    
  
• Provide technical guidance support to other engineers on data integration to power anchor systems, and reports related to support operations.
  
• Analyze, review, and modify programs to increase operating efficiency or meet new requirements as well as execute testing, debugging, maintenance or program updates.
