• Responsiblefordoingend-to-endfinancialreportingonaquarterlyandyearly basis.
• PerformingNAV calculationsandproducingthefinancialstatementsincludingdetailednotesto accounts.
• Preparingthecash forecastandprojections frequentlytoassesstheliquidityposition ofthefund and to advise on the decision-making process
• Liaisionwith externalvendors (propertymanagers,localaccountants,fundadministrators, etc.)to ensure timely completion of financial statements
• Executead-hocqueriesandsupporttheclientinaudit activities
