We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and team members to interpret data, develop reports, and troubleshoot data-related issues. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their career in data analytics and gain valuable hands-on experience.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from Tier I colleges and internship / coursework / projects related to data analysis is preferred

• Exposure to at least one of the following - SQL, Excel or Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
