Work you’ll do

 

  • Monitoring progress through tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and providing updates to Real Estate leaders.
  • Collaborating with team members to define, prioritize, and develop schedules and deliverables.
  • Maintain consistent reporting updates to various key stakeholders both internal and external to Deloitte.
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining project data, reports and documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, metrics and measurement.
  • Facilitating communication between project managers, stakeholders and team members, ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
  • Risk management supporting the identification and tracking of project risks and issues.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analyzing financial data, metrics, stakeholder requests and reporting.
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines.
  • Overseeing progress and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding Deloitte standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing policies and processes for process improvement consideration.
  • Liaison between real estate team members and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.
  • Leading various special projects both for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain construction SOP processes, protocols, playbooks, checklists, templates, approval processes, critical timelines and other construction management documentation.
  • Champion continuous quality improvement and implementation of best practices to maximize efficiency for team members and key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross functional team collaboration efforts; manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables through coordination across project team resources.
  • Lead efforts and initiatives to identify and minimize pain points, improve cross functional team communication, and drive accountability across the development team.
  • Work with technical and non-technical business owners/partners, both internally and externally, to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
  • Execute special projects and initiatives as requested by leadership.
  • Perform all responsibilities in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.


The Team

 

USI Real Estate team is responsible for managing the facilities for USI locations which includes Lease Management, Construction Management, Space Management, Upkeeping of Engineering Equipment, Occupancy Costs Budgeting & Reporting - Capex & Opex.
