Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for working with Member Firms to gather inventory, calculate TCO and assist them with transforming their print and scan environments to meet Global Standards. They will also work with the Global teams responsible for M365 services to help support, manage and maintain all endpoint apps and capabilities that are owned by the M365 Endpoint Product Management team.

- As a member of the M365 product management group, design, implement and own administrative processes
- Research and document M365 product capabilities, configurations, and roles
- Propose and document global standards for M365 applications and infrastructure configurations focusing on how they impact endpoints
- Organize and create communications about changes or issues with our supported solutions
- Administration of M365 Endpoint configurations and clients
- Assist Member Firms in complying with Global standards
- Create monthly global print inventories enabling leadership to track trends.
- Work with Member Firms to gather TCO data for their print and scan environments.
- Act as a liaison between internal businesses (Member Firms) and vendors as needed.
- Work closely with Member Firms and other Global team members to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide training and support to the team members along with Member Firm POCs on M365 endpoint, print and scan standards.
Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings:
- Minimum 1-2.5 years of experience in M365 applications, data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or demonstrable experience in a similar role for a global organization
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures for technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous work in business intelligence, data analysis, or IT support is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal businesses, explain technical concepts clearly, and provide training and support.
- Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and work across stakeholders to gain consensus.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a large global enterprise.
- Familiarity with M365 Office Administration
- Experience with secure print and scan solutions.
- Knowledge of print and scan hardware vendors.
- Experience in developing documentation and processes for managing endpoints.
