Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.

Identify and assess new market opportunities, including emerging trends in the targeted segment sector, and create actionable plans to capture them.

Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and government bodies to foster partnerships that drive business growth.

Negotiate and close high-value deals with key stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaboration.

Market Expansion/TAM Creation: Lead efforts to expand the company's footprint in new regions and markets within India, with a focus on scaling the business effectively.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential growth areas.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market penetration strategies, and customer acquisition plans.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

Product & Service Development: Work closely with product development teams to provide market feedback and ensure that offerings meet the needs of target customers.

Identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements based on market demands and customer feedback.

Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress of business development initiatives and future plans.

Key Requirements:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Growth and Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in driving growth in any of the rapidly expanding sectors EdTech / Gov/  PSU/IT-ITES/ Retail/ SMB/ BFSI/ in India.
  • One should be domain expert and must have great C- level connects and relationship in the respective segment.
  • The ideal candidate will be the one experience in identifying new business opportunities, expanding TAM, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new revenue stream, driving revenue growth focused in one segment.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the respective sector/ segment, a proven track record of successful business development, and strong leadership skills
