Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate/Graduate in Finance /Accounting
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate fund accounting preferred
  • People management and team leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong accounting knowledge from multiple geographies and willingness to upskill per business requirement
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience in working on various packages such as Yardi, TRIRIGA Spectrum, etc.
