Requisite Core Skills / Experience:
• Deep understanding of the HRSD Module or custom application development within ServiceNow
• Experience of working with NOW apps
• Experience working in ServiceNow projects
• Capable of working in agile methodologies.
• Experience of Business analysis
• A good awareness of the role that ServiceNow testing tools play in the software development lifecycle
• Able to demonstrate a true understanding of value and use this to prioritize a large backlog effectively, to optimize Business Value with finite resources
• Strong at building effective relationships
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and willing to take ownership
• Analytical, logical, thorough and methodical
• Troubleshooting / Problem management skills
• Excellent interpersonal manner, communication skills & customer focused
• Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language, specifically to be able to write stories for use in Agile processes
Good to have skills:
• Experience of wider ServiceNow modules HR, ITBM & CSM
• Certifications in Business System Analysis
• Agile Product Owner Certification
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
