Education and Experience:

o MBA from a Premiere Institute
o Prior Consulting Experience in Management Consulting with Financial Services

o Develop a set of financial services clients across Banking, NBFC, Payments and
Asset Management space
o Generate consulting opportunities and create winning proposals
o Convert opportunities into engagements through commercial acumen and

o Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-
up opportunities with the same client
✔ Desirable Skills: Must possess –
o Strong business development and relationship skills to engage effectively with
clients
o Multi-tasking and ability to manage parallel pursuits and BD activities

o Strong presence in meetings with ability to engage with C-Suite.
