Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Taking care of end to end training role for assigned region.
- Conducting Classroom trainings including Webinars/ Training through LMS tools.
- Store and Staff Performance Management through tools like Mystery Shopping/ KRA- KPI analysis.
- Engaging in Information and Knowledge Management Initiatives.
- Must be willing to work in all operations of the company (also in store) on a rotational basis for Training Period.Support on branding and social media activities.
Requirements:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
- Innovative and creative approach.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
