Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Taking care of end to end training role for assigned region.
• Conducting Classroom trainings including Webinars/ Training through LMS tools.
• Store and Staff Performance Management through tools like Mystery Shopping/ KRA- KPI analysis.
• Engaging in Information and Knowledge Management Initiatives.
• Must be willing to work in all operations of the company (also in store) on a rotational basis for Training Period.Support on branding and social media activities.
