Job Description
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain regular communication with the USI Business Area Leaders (BAL) and US Marketing Excellence POC to align on headcount numbers and manage backfill positions due to resignations.
- Liaise with US POD leads, BALs, US leaders, and the recruitment team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Headcount Management:
- Update the USI Headcount Tracker with all work force moves.
- Seek approval from senior stakeholders for opening positions and provide regular update reports as required.
- Collaborate with USI PMO, BAL, and US POC and Finance lead to ensure alignment with budgeted headcount and numbers.
- Monitor and ensure that the USI teams do not exceed the fiscal year's allotted headcount, implementing course corrections with leadership involvement as necessary.
Recruitment Process Oversight:
- Drive weekly meetings with the USI recruitment team to obtain updates on open positions and strategize on reducing hiring times.
- Direct the recruitment team on business priorities, coordinate hiring blitzes, and other focused recruitment efforts to close positions swiftly.
- Innovate and implement new processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment cycle.
Training and Process Improvement:
- Drive awareness and consistency on the recruitment processes and initiate the recruitment cycle.
- Accelerate and facilitate the setup of new teams in USI, from recruitment to the execution of processes.
- Identify gaps in current recruitment strategies and provide alternative solutions or next steps to BAL for approval from USI Leadership and US POC.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Coordinate timely updates on the status with US leads and convey challenges USI BAL are facing, follow-up on pending feedback and other issues.
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation, awareness and adoption across talent topics.
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Talent or project management.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role within a large organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Proactive creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a high degree of ownership over projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas, provide rationale, and make recommendations to leaders and their teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate within a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot while prioritizing tasks effectively.
