Responsibilities • Be the primary curator of ESG data and ensure single-source of truth; this includes working closely with the assigned client stakeholders in collecting, organizing, validating, auditing ESG-related data within critical timelines.• Lead the development, testing and implementation of an ESG surveys, facilitate training and support across multiple teams in the client organization.• Manage end-user questions and issues during the data collection process, including addressing and responding to queries, referring to designated subject matter experts from the client team. Additionally, track and ensure completeness of all responses by following up with the end users.• Support the client team with various ESG data and insights needs including annual reporting, half-yearly status updates, dashboards, reporting requests.• Primary contact for analytics and insights to help with strategy for ESG/Sustainability. Be an advisor to the ESG leadership in developing new KPIs or refining the existing ones.• Be an advisor to the ESG/Sustainability stakeholders in using data modeling and analytics frameworks to circumvent the data gaps. Train and upskill the junior members in the team by conducting periodic workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.• Develop work breakdown structure for complex projects and ensure timely and accurate delivery of commitments made to the clients, by adopting project management principles.• Tangibly contribute to practice development by publishing whitepapers, POVs, participation in thought leadership forums.
Technical and Professional Requirements: • MBA from reputed institution, with 10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in ESG or supply chain space.• Experience in ESG data management and analytics (end-to-end cycle starting from data collection, organization, validating, auditing, analyzing & reporting/dashboarding) is preferred, although not mandatory.
