Wipro Walkin Drive for Freshers – Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent communication skills in English to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Work in an international BPO environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work on both inbound voice processes and non-voice tasks (email/chat).
  • Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.
