Eligibility Criteria for the GET Program

To be eligible for RIL’s GET Program, candidates must be freshers who are pursuing a full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree from AICTE-approved institutes. Graduates from the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Chemical Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering.
• Electrical Engineering.
• Instrumentation Engineering.

Education Qualifications

• Candidates need to maintain a Minimum 60 Percent or 6 CGPA in their 10th, 12th and Engineering Courses. Students don’t have any active backlogs by the time apply for the Program.
• No Backlogs or Detention Cases.
• Applicants must not have any current backlogs or have been detained.

GET Program 2025 – Important Dates

Here is a step-by-step overview of the recruitment process, including the key dates that applicants need to be aware of:

Registration Period

• Start Date: 19th September 2024, 10:00 AM
• End Date: 6th October 2024, 11:59 PM

During this period, interested candidates can register online for the GET Program 2025. Make sure to double-check your eligibility before applying.

Screening Round

• Start Date: 7th October 2024, 12:00 AM
• End Date: 18th October 2024, 11:59 PM

After the registration phase, the RIL team will screen the registered applicants to ensure they meet the required criteria.

Online Assessment

• Start Date: 21st October 2024, 10:00 AM
• End Date: 24th October 2024, 10:00 PM

Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online assessment, which consists of a cognitive test and subject-matter questions. The exact timings for the assessment will be communicated to each candidate.

Document Submission and Verification

• Relevant Documents to be Submitted.
• After clearing the online assessment, shortlisted candidates must submit their relevant academic and personal documents for verification.

Verification Process by RIL

• Start Date: 29th October 2024, 10:00 AM
• End Date: 4th November 2024, 11:59 PM

During this phase, the RIL team will verify the submitted documents. Any discrepancy or inauthentic information may lead to disqualification from the program.

The Interview Process

Regional Interviews

• The candidates who pass the document verification stage will be invited for physical interviews at their designated interview centers.
• The interviews are tentatively scheduled for January 2025.

What to Expect in the Physical Interview

• The interviews will focus on technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and alignment with RIL’s values.
• Candidates should be prepared for both technical and HR rounds during this phase.

Final Selection and Placement

Communication of Results

• Final results are expected to be announced by February 2025.
• Candidates will be informed about the status of their selection via official communication channels.
