In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Partnering with the Talent Marketing and Comms team to align on strategic marketing priorities and advise and own USI activation
• Serving as the employer brand marketing POC, advisor and executor for USI Talent marketing activities
• Collaborating daily with the USI Talent Internal Comms team to align on messaging and activation strategy
• Facilitating regular touch base calls with key USI Talent leaders
In addition, this role will be responsible for:
• Execution of talent theme/brand campaigns in the USI market
• Manage and own USI Talent brand social media strategy and plan /copy / creative (LI) in collaboration with USI comms and Deloitte India
• Support USI Talent leadership social eminence strategy including storytelling and counsel
• Support sourcing/creation/ promotion of USI “Be You” people stories through internal and external channels
• Drive internal and external promotion of Deloitte talent award / accolades / recognition in collaboration with Deloitte India, as appropriate
• Review USI Talent brand materials as needed to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards
• Support US Talent Marketing team on other priority initiatives including global brand integration
Education and Experience:
· 6+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Brand, or Communications.
· Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proven experience in campaign marketing or a similar role within a large organization.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly dynamic environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
