Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing and monitoring ESG and sustainability initiatives
  2. Work closely and coordinate with different functions on implementation aspects as well as the measurement metrics
  3. Collate data from different functions and articulate in the form of reports and map it to the relevant sustainability indicator
  4. Curate and anchor content for ESG disclosures (GRI/BRSR/CDP/DJSI/<IR>), assimilating relevant data and managing the audit/assurance process
  5. Work closely with our facilities group to closely monitor and analyze environmental parameters
  6. Have a deep understanding of present and upcoming ESG disclosure standards and ratings requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sustainability and a love for data analysis and writing. We are looking for the following specific requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in various aspects of sustainability in the Environment, Social and Governance aspects. Experience in supplier sustainability a plus
  • Demonstrate experience in navigating through organizational complexity, collaborating with multiple teams and influencing without authority
  • Maintaining awareness on new developments in the sustainability domain and ESG guidelines, frameworks, and disclosures
  • Will be expected to consistently deliver quality services to all projects assigned to him/her, both for internal and external deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/ engineering, or Master’s degree in sustainability
  • Overall experience of 5-8 years with minimum 2-3 years experience in implementing sustainability initiatives and/or working on ESG disclosures.
