• Provide leadership to security team personnel. Serve as a mentor, coach, and facilitator to develop an industry-leading cybersecurity team.
• Extensively engaged into future security pipeline (tools, best practices etc) to implement and enhance company security portfolio to deliver best services to customers.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards; proactively work with 
• Facilitate and identify acceptable levels of risk and establish roles and responsibilities regarding information classification and protection within projects.
• Drive further integration of security tools across all the engineering teams, products, CICD pipelines etc.
• Coordinate organizational efforts in response to security events as needed
• knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and GCP) and experience in performing security tests against applications deployed in cloud is an asset
• Strong knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, SANS top 25, WASC security standards, OSSTMM, PTES, NIST standards
• Experience in manual application penetration testing of web-based applications, thick-client applications, mobile applications, web services, API’s

All you need is...

• 7+ years of progressive IT solutions, compliance, regulatory experience and roles of increasing responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in SAST, DAST stack area.
• Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience with demonstrated success in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated understanding of security zone including strategy creation, planning.
• Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies, and security attack pathologies
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, managers and vendors
• Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
• At least one of the below is recommended apart from CEH – ECSA, OSCP, OSWE, GSEC, CISSP, GSEC, CEH or CISM
